I don’t know/forgot my username/password.
| On the
login page, you can click on the "Forgot Your
Username/Password?" link. You will then be taken to a screen where
you can click on either the Recover Username or Recover Password buttons. Once you click on the button, you will be asked to
enter your Life #. (If you do not know
your Life #, please contact your Upline and they will be able to provide it
to you). Once you enter your Life#, an email will be sent to the primary email address on your account. Depending on the option you chose earlier, the email will give you either your username or it will contain a link that, once clicked on, will help you to reset your password. If you need both the username and the password, you will have to complete this process twice. |
