How do I sign up for the new Life credit card?

Members and Registered Customers can sign up for the new Life credit card by going to Enroll / Credit Card while they are logged into their account.  They can also apply by telephone at 1-800-821-5184.  Be sure to mention the code: Life Leadership.

A Life Number is required to apply for the card.
