I live in Haiti. How do I return product for a refund?

Please do not return product to the warehouse. You must contact customer service within 30 days of purchase lifesupport@lifeleadership.com with your refund request. You will then be provided with return instructions. Product returned directly to the warehouse will not be refunded or accepted.
