What if my Corporate Customer wishes to increase their Subscription quantity after they have already begun the program?

We recommend that they create new Corporate Customer accounts so those new Customers start on Month 1 of the program. Adding additional Subscriptions by changing quantities on the same account does not allow you to acquire the Subscriptions for months that have already passed. However, if the Customer simply wishes to receive additional packages for that particular shipment, they can do so by contacting Customer Support.
