If someone currently has a Customer account, you must simply cancel their Subscriptions on that account and enroll them as you would any new member. We cannot convert their Customer account into a Member account, unless their current Customer account is a Mental Fitness Challenge Customer account. If this is the case, simply answer the first question on the member enrollment screen as "yes, this person is a Mental Fitness Challenge Customer" and enter their MFC activation code (which is on the card they received in their MFC kit). This will populate their MFC data, login credentials and number to their new Life account.
