A Member's avatar is faded or light purple. What does that mean?

If an avatar is faded purple, that Member has been converted to a Customer due to lack of meeting the Customer Requirement at least 1 time in the past 6 months. You may choose to hide or view these avatars by turning on/off the Member to Customer filter in the left column of the My Business page.  If the former Member, now Customer, wishes to be reinstated as a Member, they must meet the Customer Requirement by acquiring $100 in Registered sales and then email asking for reinstatement. Please refer to Life Policy 11.5 for more information.
