A Member's avatar is purple. What does that mean?

A purple avatar indicates that the Member is nearing his "Member-to -Customer" transition due to lack of meeting the Customer Requirement. If the Member has never met the Customer Requirement since his or her enrollment, that Member's avatar will turn purple when they are in their last 6 months before being converted to a Customer. If the Member has previously met the Customer Requirement, their avatar will turn purple in their last 3 months before converting to a Customer.
