Take a look at the order # you received at the end of your purchase. Does it have zero's where your Life Number would usually be or is there a Life Number other than your own in the number? This means that you were not logged into your Life account when the order was placed. Email Customer Service at
support@mainhomepage.com and provide us with the order number and we'll be able to locate the order or we can determine if the purchase was successful.
