Your device may need to free up some memory space.  This could be the reason why it will not install properly.  

Please delete the old Rascal Radio app (if you have not done it already) and delete the new Rascal Radio version as well.  Then try freeing up some memory space by removing unused apps.  Also, be aware that videos stored in your phone may take up a lot of space.
