If a new member is coming to the Leadership Convention and buy their tickets now, will the tickets be shipped in the mail or held at will call?

Unless a physical ticket is purchased at another event, the ticket that is purchased online will be electronic. The Member will check in at the event by giving their name and showing their Driver's License and LIFE ID.
