I have 2 credit cards on file. Why wasn't my other card attempted after my default card declined?

Only 1 card will be attempted for each Subscription service.  If you have multiple cards on file, you may in fact change which one is used for each service, but only that card is attempted for that service.  A total of 4 attempts will be made if your card is declined.
