Glossary of Terms

  • AGO (All Grace Outreach) – All Grace Outreach is a 501(c)3 charitable organization that is committed to providing assistance to those in need. AGO is also a Life product line and all corporate profits from the sale of these products are donated to charity. To learn more about AGO, you can visit: http://www.allgraceoutreach.com/
  • CCB (Cumulative Customer Bonus) – This is a sales bonus based on the total number of Registered Customer sales you make in a complete calendar year. More details can be found in the Member Compensation Plan brochure which can be found by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • CPB (Customer Pool Bonus) – Members can earn additional money based on his or her total Registered Customer sales each quarter and calendar year. The amount paid out will vary according to the overall sales performance of the company and the individual’s total tales amount; but a minimum of at least $50 is guaranteed. To be eligible, a Member must have a quarterly total of at least 600 PV in Registered Customer sales.   • Contact – Part of the 5 step pattern, contacting is the process of setting up a meeting with a new prospect to share the Life products or business. 
  • Conventions – Quarterly meetings that typically go from Friday evening to Sunday afternoon where Life Members gather to learn specific sales training from field experts, collaborate with other like-minded individuals, and master best practices for building a Life business.   • Coordinator – Life Members who have a business with two teams that have simultaneously achieved the top of the chart (8,000PV) and volume outside of those two teams totaling 2,500PV (this can be the total of personal volume, customer volume, and volume from additional outside teams). Complete details can be found in the Member Compensation Plan by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • Customer Support – Life’s primary customer support portal. For any Life related questions you can send an email to: support@mainhomepage.com (be sure to include your full name and account number in your correspondence).
  • Defense - A term used in the Financial Fitness Program to describe different ways to budget and discipline oneself in order to get out of debt and stay out of debt by applying proven financial principles.
  • Depth – A term used to describe adding new Life Member’s directly below the bottom person in a single line of sponsorship. 
  • Downline - A term used to describe someone “below” you in your line of sponsorship.
  • EORO (Each One Reach One) – This is a term used by Life Members to help grow their numbers at events. To ‘each one reach one’ means that a Member invited a prospect to a Life event and they attended the event without ever having attended another event prior. 
  • First Night Pack – Part of the Life Training Top 10 packs, this is the first pack given to a new customer or Member in order to give them a complete and clear overview of the Life business. First Night Packs can be found on the Life shopping cart by going to Access Products > Life Training > Top 10 packs 
  • Five Step Pattern – A systematic process used as a teaching tool to build a Life business. The five steps are: List, Contact, STP (Show the Plan), F/T (Follow Through), Rotate (with the new Life Member). Those who repeat this process over and over generally see results. 
  • Fortified – a Member business statistic starting at the Leader Rank up to Life Coach that measures Processed Marketing System subscriptions and Seminar tickets and is not part of the Life Compensation Plan. To access the Fortified chart, go to My Business > My Forms > Compensation > Fortified Chart
  • FT (Follow Through) – This is a term used by Life Members to describe the process of getting back together with a prospect that has already seen the Life business. 
  • Go-Getter – A term used to describe a Life Member who shows 15 plans or more in a month. Go-Getter’s are the elite business builders and receive additional perks such as early entrance, special seating, and additional meetings at events. 
  • IDS (Income Disclosure Statement) – The Income Disclosure Statement is a document that must be presented by a Life Member anytime the Life business is shared with a customer or prospective Member. The IDS can be found on page 19 in the Member Compensation Plan brochure by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • Leader – Life Members who have one team generating 8,000 PV or more with at least 2,500PV additional volume outside that team (this can be the total of personal volume, customer volume, and volume from additional outside teams). Complete details can be found in the Member Compensation Plan by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • Life Coach – Life Members who have a business with six teams simultaneously generating 8,000PV or more (with no outside volume requirement). Complete details can be found in the Member Compensation Plan by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • Life Line – A mobile communication app for Life Members who subscribe to the Marketing System used to send messages upline or downline for other Life Members to listen to. 
  • Life on Life Initiative – Life’s outreach program dedicated to helping people gain functional freedom in society – specifically literacy and other necessary life skills.
  • Lifestyle – Your one stop shop for all Life’s branded merchandise (clothing, hats, office supplies, drinkware, and more). To shop for Lifestyle merchandise, go to Access Products > Lifestyle Merchandise
  • Line of Sponsorship (LOS) – A term used to refer to Life Members who are directly upline or downline from you in your business group. 
  • LLRC (Launching a Leadership Revolution Corporate) - Based on the New York Times bestseller Launching a Leadership Revolution, the LLR Corporate Education Program is designed not just to train employees but to gradually and effectively develop existing talent into engaged, contributing, go-to leaders and systemically create a permanent culture of leadership that affects every employee within the organization. 
  • LT (Life Training) – Life Training is an umbrella term that covers everything Life does to train people on how to build their Life business.
  • MFC (Mental Fitness Challenge) - The Mental Fitness Challenge is a 90-day cutting-edge program developed by world-renowned leaders and best-selling authors to teach success thinking that will help enable anyone and everyone to make improvements in their lives. 
  • MS (Marketing System) - The Marketing System is a Life Training subscription service. It consists of: a personal website, audio training, video library, life training Rascal Radio channel, Life Line, share your life, branded e mail plus, Life map, calendar and a custom email service. It is designed to educate the Member and also provide tools to assist in the marketing and sales of products and services.   • Offense – A term used in the Financial Fitness Program to describe different ways to make money and increase prosperity by applying proven financial principles. 
  • Open Meeting (or Open) – An introductory meeting that Life Members can use to learn more about the Life business and leverage in order to introduce prospects to the Financial Fitness products and Life business. You can find all the Open Meeting locations by going to Events > Event Schedule > Open Meetings.
  • PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Adjust) – This is a term used to help Life Members through the learning curve of achieving success in their Life business. Mentors often use this data to help protégés identify blind spots in order to make needed changes to grow their business. 
  • PHP (Personal Home Page) – This is a personalized website that only Life Members who subscribe to the Marketing System have access to. The PHP is directly tied to your Member account and prospective customers and Members can use your link to learn more about the company, enroll as a customer, and purchase products. 
  • Playing Field - A term used in the Financial Fitness Program to describe the rules and philosophy of money and how these principles directly impact financial and life choices.
  • PP (Power Player) – This is an optional program that gives clear goals and establishes a systematic and duplicatable pattern to grow your Life business. Power Players are the elite business builders. A PDF power player tracking form can be found by going to My Business > My forms > Product information and sales aids.
  • Products – A term used to describe any book, audio, program, subscription, or pack in the personal, professional, and financial development categories that can be merchandised to customers for PV. 
  • PV (Point Value) – Life tracks sales volume through something called Point Value, or “PV,” which are points assigned to each product. The PV is used in the calculation of Member commission payments. See the Member Compensation Plan for details. This can be found by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation.
  • RC (Registered Customer) – A term used to describe a person who is verified through a free registration on the Life website. To register a customer, go to Enroll > Customer
  • Recognition Rank (sometimes called Pin) – A term used to describe a level of performance someone has achieved in their Life business as outlined in the Member Compensation Plan which can be found by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • RR (Rascal Radio) – Rascal Radio is the world's first online/mobile customizable personal development radio station. A lot like Pandora does with music, Rascal Radio is a Life subscription that randomizes talks by some of the world's top leadership experts, life coaches, best-selling authors, and speakers.
  • Sales Aids – Training and promotional materials Life Members can purchase on the shopping cart and at select events such as Monthly Seminars and Conventions that can be used to build their Life business. There is no PV associated with sales aids. 
  • Self-Reported Customer Sale - When a Member makes a product sale to a non-registered customer. To self-report sales, go to My Sales > Self-Report Sales 
  • SOT (Standing Order Ticket) – This is a digital ticket subscription service where Life Members can allocate a specific number of Monthly Seminar tickets to receive on an on-going basis. Standing Order Tickets can be found by going to Access Products > Subscriptions > Standing Order Ticket
  • Sr. Coordinator – Life Members who have a business with three teams simultaneously generating 8,000PV or more and volume outside of those three teams generating at least 2,500PV (this can be the total of personal volume, customer volume, and volume from additional outside teams). Complete details can be found in the Member Compensation Plan by going to My Business > My Forms > Compensation
  • STP (Show the Plan) – This is a term used by Life Members to describe the process of sharing the Life business opportunity to prospective customers and/or Members.
  • Sub Club - A Life Member who has generated two processed 50 PV subscriptions from personal use and or Registered Customers in a month. This is one of the Power Player requirements.
  • The Agreement - The agreement consists of three documents that new Life Members must review before they finalize their membership. The documents are: The Compensation Plan, Policies and Procedures, and the Independent Member Application and Agreement.
  • Top Gun – A friendly competition at Conventions that rewards a trophy to the Fortified Coordinator with the largest number of qualified Power Players for that event. 
  • Top 50 – An audio pack of Life’s top 50 best training recordings ever produced.
  • Tools – A term used to describe Life’s assortment of sales aids and training materials (books, audios, DVDs, packs, brochures, etc) that Life Members can use to market products and build their business. (A “tool room” at events is a store that contains products, sales aids, and Life Training materials for Life customers and Members to purchase)
  • Triple Crown – Is a Member performance tracker that displays the Fortified Leader, Fortified Coordinator, and Fortified Senior Coordinator with the most special order tools, most new Member enrollments, and most new Marketing System enrollments on a monthly basis. A Member would be classified as “triple crown” if their name appears under all three categories. You can find the Triple Crown contest to the right of the main homepage of your Life account. 
  • Upline – A term used to describe someone “above” you in your line of sponsorship who is leading teams at a Rank higher than your current rank.
