I did not receive a T4 from Life. Can you send one or give me Life’s tax ID, so I can file my taxes?
The federal deadline to distribute T4s is the last day in February. Life is required to send a T4 only if you earned $500 or more during the previous year. Please consult with your professional tax advisor regarding how to classify your Life income if you earned less than $500. You can also view your income for the year under My Business > My Income www.lifeleadership.com.
